Take a stroll through our French Quarter Courtyard where you’ll enjoy live music from bands direct from New Orleans, plus catch the aroma of authentic Cajun food* like Spicy Jambalaya, Grilled Andouille Sausage, Shrimp Gumbo and more!

And, each night when Mardi Gras ends, there’s more live music, food and excitement waiting for you at Universal CityWalk^®, the official Mardi Gras After-Party.
